Position Scope
Area of Accountability Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Performance Measures & Targets
Quality Management and Risk Management  Maintenance and continuously improvement the quality system and quality improvement programs. Develop corrective and preventive plans for quality improvement. Suppliers quality performance is monitored, issues addressed, quality continuously improved, and performance is communicated to relevant
stakeholders. Vendor performance data is captured and addressed. Quality continuously improved and performance is communicated to senior team members
Effective and timely reporting of issues back to the business and legal bodies

Supplier Management and Risk Management Implement a formal process, measures and incentives to assess and improve suppliers’ technical / quality performance in relation to development and
product quality. Initial focus on identifying risk suppliers, communicating requested improvements and monitoring progress
Develop, communication and education of suppliers in customers requirements and expectations
Develop and implement a supplier visit schedule that supports the category development plans and enables supplier capabilities to be determined and
relationships developed 
Overall Goals of the position
