Title:  Senior Product Technologist

Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical supports to all relevant parties during briefing, sampling and production. Arrange training and on-going training to all relevant parties including team members, suppliers and merchandisers
2. Make sure QA work adherence to Kmart policy, standard, process and align with strategy. Carry out line review with teams
3. Work with teams and supplier on risk assessment, failure analysis, production and claim investigation, problem solving, correction action planning and continuous quality improvement. Escalate to high level on outstanding and critical issue
4. Keep monitoring the factory audit status
5. Accountable for a safe site for everyone, everyday by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety performance and celebrating safety achievements 
6. Assist in the implementation of emergency response and building evacuations
7. Drive projects
                                  
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in textile or garment technology
2. 10 years of related working experiences in foreign trading company or buying office.
3. Proactive, energetic, committed, and highly motivated
4. Excellent English skill in both oral and written
5. Strong Data analysis skill
