Title:Â Senior Leadership & Capability Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop and implement initiatives that foster the growth, development, and effectiveness of leadership talent within our organization
2. Manages the end-to-end training delivery - from working with vendors, working with the Instruction Design team to design the program, to implementing and measuring the effectiveness.
3. Maintain the learning management system (LMS) and ensure accurate record keeping.
4. Act as a learning consultant to managers while ensuring the onus of people development lies with the business.
5. Supports leadership development programs implementation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends to enhance leadership capabilities within the organization.
6. Provide support on Leadership & Capability initiatives across the Kmart Group
Experience required:
- 7 to 10 years of experience.
- Proven ability to influence teams that are geographically dispersed and culturally diverse.
- Extensive experience in conducting needs analysis, collaborating with internal instructional design teams to create effective learning programs, and delivering engaging workshops or facilitating group sessions.
- Demonstrated expertise in enhancing leadership capabilities through soft skills training and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications required:
- Proficiency in conducting workshops in both Mandarin and English.
- Adaptable with a strong growth mindset, eager to learn new trends and technologies.
- Self-motivated, positive, and detail-oriented, with a keen sense of accountability.
- Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
