Title:  Raw Material Technologist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct fabric testing in line with Kmart/Target quality standards
2. Review test reports and manage exceptions and failure analysis
3. Monitor and assess third-party laboratory performance
4. Provide technical support and training to internal teams, suppliers and labs
5. Work directly with suppliers to resolve fabric quality issues
6. Support continuous improvement initiatives for testing and materials
7. Manage quality risks across development, production and shipment stages

Requirement:
- At least 5 years' experience of technical role in 3rd party fabric testing lab or sourcing office, with deep understanding on fabric and industry
- Strong knowledge of fabric testing and colour assessment

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skill in English
