Title:  Quality Improvement Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Drive early quality prevention using Industrial Engineering and in-line controls
- Manage end-to-end production quality (PP, inline, final inspection)
- Work with factories to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent standards
- Lead pre-production meetings to prevent bulk production risks
- Prepare inspection reports and analyse quality performance
- Conduct audits and root cause analysis to support continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with global safety and quality standards
- Support supplier capability uplift (CAPA, quality improvement plans) and product safety processes

Requirements:

1. Based in North China. 

2. At least 5 years relevant experience in apparel QC, strong apparel factory experience will be a great plus

3. Solid understanding of apparel construction and manufacturing.

4. Familiar with AQL, inspection processes, and international safety standards

5. Good English communication and written skill

6. Proactive, solution-oriented, and with high integrity
