Position: Quality Improvement Engineer
Location: Shanghai / Jiangsu Province / Zhejiang Province

Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure all our products meet contracted pp standards.
- Drive end to end production process, including pre-production process, in-line QC and end of line inspections to ensure clear understanding and compliance of Anko Sourcing quality standards.
- Train, conduct and support the compliance to Anko Sourcing’s Final Statistical Inspection (FSI) process for Quality Team and nominated Self Inspection Factory (FCA) and 3rd party inspections.
- Guide and develop defect analysis and root cause prevention by using DSS plus and GBSS system and supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) and data sources.
- Validate inspection integrity with the Factory Certified Auditor and monitor the progress of skip inspections on a timely basis with the quality management.
- Drive the application of the Anko Sourcing Quality Manual/guidelines MMS and HTM at supplier and third party and factory level.
- Support platform inspection as necessary
- Support and monitor product safety processes including needle and sharp tool controls, metal detection and all aspects of child safety testing according to Anko Sourcing standards.
- To ensure the factory have all development and QA sample reports and good records of corrections to contracted agreed standard, guidance notes to be shared at the Pre-Production Meeting.
- To ensure that the correct seal sample, trim card, complete Quality Master file and factory pre shipment are available and functioning correctly.
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree or above in business admin or quality engineer related.
- 5-7 years of General Merchandise quality background; previous experience with large retailers is beneficial.
- Technical engineering and quality skills
- Computer skill and Knowledge of Quality Management and Product Safety
- Mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision, manage multi-tasks, set priorities, work with diverse background of people from different levels.
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, flexible and good team player.
- Ability in problem solving
