Title:  Ethical Sourcing Officer

Responsibilities:

· Effectively deliver continuous improvement to the KGA ES programme.

· Effectively engage with third-party audit firms to deliver high-quality KGA ES audit.

· Review mutual recognized reports

· Conduct ES factory assessment/visit if required   

 · Review corrective action plan and support vendor and factory on continuous imporvement 

 · Develop and carry out training or seminars for vendor, factory, third party audit firm, and internal team members.

· Manage the factory status and communicate with vendor and factory for ES renewal before expiration

· Review monthly ES report & plan ahead necessary resources to conduct follow up or new audit request.

· Keep updated with industry standards and legislation in the countries.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years relevant experience for third-party audit firms or retailer's audit team.

2. Sound knowledge of CSR and social audits.

3. Practical database management skill.

4. High sense of integrity

5. Willing to learn and improve

6. Good communication in both English and Mandarin
