Business requirement elicitation | - Engage internal and external stakeholders (e.g., product owners, business subject matter experts, suppliers etc.) to gather, understand and document business requirements; - Analyse requirements and use flow charts to illustrate as-is and to-be processes; - Translate functional and non-functional requirements into epics, features and user stories and seek alignment with business stakeholders; |
