What you’ll be doing:

1. Provide 3D technical support to all relevant parties during digital prototyping.
2. Provide 3D support for different use cases exploration
3. Arrange training and ongoing training for internal team including Design, Quality, Merchandisers, and external suppliers 
4. Encourage internal teams to increase usage of 3D and build trust with different functions. 
5. Maintain and update SOP and Manuals regularly. 
6. Escalate outstanding and critical issues to higher levels. 
7. Provide fitting and pattern making support to ensure comment accuracy and expedite block approval. 

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Degree in Technical Design, Apparel Design, or related field 
• 3-5 years of experience in apparel 3D tech (CLO software) and 3D fitting 
• Proficient in verbal and written English 
• Strong communication skills 
• Effective problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
