Quality Management | • To ensure all our products meet contracted pp standards. • Drive ‘End 2 End’ (E2E) production process, Inc. pre-production process, in-line QC and end of line inspections to ensure clear understanding and compliance of KAS quality standards. • Train, conduct and support the compliance to KAS’s Final Statistical Inspection (FSI) process for KAS tms and nominated Self Inspection Factory (FCA) and 3rd party inspections. • Guide and develop defect analysis and root cause prevention using DSS plus and supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) and data sources. • Validate inspection integrity with the FCA and monitor the progress of skip inspections on a timely basis with the PU management. • Drive the application of the KAS Quality Manual/guidelines MMS and HTM at supplier and third party and factory level. • Support platform inspection as necessary |

Supplier Management | • Support and monitor PU product safety processes inc. needle and sharp tool controls, metal detection and all aspect of child safety testing according to Kmart standards. • To ensure the factory have all development and QA sample reports and good records of corrections to contracted agreed standard, guidance notes to be shared at the PPM. • To ensure that the correct seal sample, trim card, complete Quality Master file and factory pre shipment are available and functioning correctly. |
