Title:  Product Technologist (Apparel QA)

Job Title: Product Technologist (Apparel QA)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Please note: Quality experience in intimate products (underwear, bra, etc.) is a MUST

Responsibilities:
•    Provide technical supports to all relevant parties during briefing, sampling and production 
•    Making production technical packs which are as perthe briefing and correct as per production guidelines.
•    Arrange training and on-going training to all relevant parties including team members, suppliers and merchandisers
•    Evaluate QA and PP samples for fitting and set standards for bulk. 
•    Work with Suppliers on training to get correct samples at first time.
•    Carry out line review with teams.
•    Drive projects, eg: sample right first time, fit projects.
•    Work with teams and Suppliers on risk assessment, failure analysis, production and claim investigation, problem solving, correction action planning and continuous quality improvement
•    Train Suppliers for constant updates and improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent discipline.
- 5-7 years of working experience in apparel, business/buying office is preferable.
- Familiar with Australian or European technical standard requirements.
- Good communication skills in English. Communication with Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong integrity and professional ethics.
- Self-discipline, good team player, self-motivated.
- Some business travel is required.
