• Bachelor's or Masters degree  in Textile Technology, Fashion Technology, Home Textiles, Apparel Production - preferred NIFT/Pearl.
• Fresh graduate.
• Basic understanding of textiles
• Knowledge of fabrics, yarns, dyeing, printing, and finishing processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn merchandising, production, sourcing, and quality processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/powerpoint presentation preferred.
