Key learning opportunities:

  • Gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day facility operations, including security and maintenance
  • Learn and build skills by creating reports such as expense trackers and consumable inventory etc.
  • Understanding space planning concepts, including seating arrangements and storage optimization and support space management
  • Workplace safety protocols, security practices, and emergency procedures
  • Opportunity to contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and workplace environment
  • Explore digital tools and automation platforms to improve workplace efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as HR, IT, Finance, Procurement) and draw business exposure
  • Participate in planning and executing office events and engagement activities, including vendor coordination, logistics
  • Support the employee transportation and travels administration

Required Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic AI/Copilot tools
  • Attention to detail, learning mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Familiarity with vendor management, procurement.
