Position - Assistant Merchandiser (Soft Home)

Location - Gurgaon

• Support the merchandising team in managing the end-to-end product development process.
• Coordinate with suppliers on product development, sampling, pricing, and order execution.
• Track the critical path to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Follow up on sample submissions, approvals, testing, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in negotiating costs while maintaining quality and delivery expectations.
• Maintain accurate product data, purchase orders, and merchandising documentation.
• Work closely with buying, quality, technical, sourcing, and logistics teams.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and merchandising updates as required.
• Ensure all products comply with company quality, ethical sourcing, and sustainability standards.
