Job Accountabilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital sourcing products, features and enhancements from requirements through build, testing and release.
  • Partner closely with business and technology teams to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and scalable digital solutions.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritisation and enhancement roadmaps to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Own and coordinate assigned digital product workstreams, ensuring risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across sourcing, quality, technology and business teams to achieve successful product outcomes.
  • Analyse business processes, data flows and system integrations to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by delivering innovative, user-centric and data-driven solutions.
  • Leverage data, feedback and user insights to continuously improve product performance, adoption and user experience.
  • Ensure high standards of delivery quality while balancing competing priorities and timelines in a complex business environment.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Technology, Business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience across digital product delivery, business analysis or transformation, preferably within sourcing, supply chain or retail environments.
  • Strong digital and data literacy, with a good understanding of system integrations, data flows and digital product behaviours; familiarity with AI and automation applications is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to break down complex or ambiguous problems into clear processes, business rules, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, while identifying gaps, inconsistencies and downstream impacts from an end-to-end perspective.
  • Ability to independently take ownership of complex problems and drive them through analysis, decision-making and resolution, while effectively managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to build clear storylines and business cases and effectively engage stakeholders across different business functions.
  • Curious, adaptable and passionate about continuous improvement, innovation and emerging technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile product delivery environments, with prior consulting or technology advisory experience considered advantageous. Product Management, Agile or Business Analysis certifications are preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
