KAS Pty Ltd and Target Australia Sourcing are part of the Anko Sourcing. We are now looking for a Head of Finance who will be responsible for playing a key role in driving financial performance, governance, and commercial decision-making across Anko’s global sourcing operations. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to ensure financial sustainability, cost efficiency, and value creation.

What you’ll be doing:
Business Partnering & Strategic Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Operating Officer and the Anko Sourcing Leadership Team.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, ISC and Supply Chain Transformation teams to optimise cost structures and improve financial performance.
- Drive long-term financial planning, investment analysis, and risk management across multiple geographies.
Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee annual corporate planning process, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Anko Sourcing.
- Monitor and report on KPIs including cost of goods sold (COGS), supplier performance, and sourcing efficiency.
Governance & Compliance
- Continuously review and improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the process to ensure alignment of financial and sourcing systems with the aim to be best practice.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Business Unit Cash Flow
- Ensure respective business unit cash flow is maintained adequately.
- Ensure best negotiated rates obtained with operating suppliers to drive down operating expenses.
- Manage and oversee statutory reporting and tax compliance functions.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of solid experience in accounting and finance management.
- Qualified CPA, ACCA or CA.
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax, audit and compliance regulations across Asian countries.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in business case development and assessment.
- Highest standard of integrity, ethics & professionalism with strong business acumen.
- Strong leadership skills, hands-on, highly self-motivated with strong analytical skills.
- Proven track record in financial leadership across international operations, preferably in Asia.
- Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proven senior management and leadership skills with strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and building a high performing team.
- Strong understanding of global sourcing and supply chain dynamics, cost management, and compliance frameworks.
