Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure products are evaluated, tested and approved (sealed) in accordance European / Australian quality standard and mandatory requirements.
  • Ensure that full factory audit and approval on potential suppliers is carried out in accordance with company policy with corrective action plan in place.
  • Ensure that all relevant inspection criteria (checklist, specification, QA report etc) and sealed samples are made available to the QC inspectors prior to production and inspection.
  • Ensure customer compliant and supplier issues are managed and resolved with the suppliers.
  • Analyse product return data and investigate complaint, follow product improvement with suppliers and factories
  • Support business by explain
  • Ad. hoc project as assigned by Management.
  • Ensure and control the factory audit, inspection and travel expenses in a reasonable manner
  • Accountable for a safe site for everyone, everyday by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety performance and celebrating safety achievements
  • Reported and identified hazards are actioned
  • Report site incidents
  • Assist in the implementation of emergency response and building evacuations

 

General Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in physics/engineering or equivalent discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ experience related QA working experience in hardgood items
  • Solid background of fitness product, toys, stationery, electrical and electronic products is an advantage;
  • Experience in retails business is preferable.
  • Familiar with Australian technical standard requirements. 
  • Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong integrity and professional ethics.
  • Knowledge in ISO 9000 & 14000 and factory audit experience is an advantage.
  • Self-discipline, good team player, self-motivated.
  • Business travel is required.
