Title:  Assistant Merchandiser - Apparel

We are looking for an assistant merchandiser to support the Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser in managing the product life-cycle—from development to order execution—ensuring on-time delivery, quality compliance, and smooth supplier coordination.

Job responsibilities:

Product Development

• Follow up on proto/fit/PP samples with vendors and maintain sample tracker.
• Coordinate approvals for fabric quality, lab dips, prints, embroidery, and trims.

Production & Vendor Follow-ups

• Daily follow-ups with factories for sampling/production T&A adherence

Data & Reporting

• Maintain trackers: T&A, sample status, approvals, order updates, shipment schedule.
• Prepare weekly WIP reports

Communication

• Act as a link between buyer, internal teams, and vendors.
• Share comments, tech packs, approvals, and feedback clearly and on time.
• Participate in vendor/buyer meetings and follow action points.
