Title: Analytics Lead - Sourcing

Primary Purpose of the role:
The primary purpose of this role is to define, deliver and drive adoption of end to end analytics, insights and measurement support for the sourcing function. They
will partner closely with the sourcing, merchanidse analytics and data teams across both Kmart and Target and drive best practice reporting tooling and best
practice analytics to support decision making at a macro level (Roadmaps, prioritisation) and a micro level (feature design, impact assessment). They will also
partner closely with the rest of the analytics function to represent the needs of sourcing in the definition and delivery of data enablement and advanced analytics
solutions.
Technical Skills required:
- 5 years experience in sourcing preferably in delivery of technical/analytics/digital projects
- Intermediate experience in using excel to analyse data
- Ability to work effectively in an environment of competing priorities and time pressures
- Experience leading small project teams of analysts and domain specialists
Work Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in using technology for onging improvements in performance
- Proficient in Agile methodology and Product management tooling
- Able to translate a broad business problem into clearly articulated, actionable and modularised activities / workstreams
- Earlier roles could include Sourcing analyst, Inventory/Supply chain analyst, financial analyst, Business / data analyst, Product owner/ quality analyst
