Role :Â Intern/ Trainee - Facility & Administration
Job Description/ Overview:
1.Taking care of the overall office upkeep and management. Check and ensure overall office housekeeping, hygiene & cleanliness from time to time.
2.Monitoring / supporting documentation of office consumable records (eg. Stationery and pantry consumables etc.), managing stock / inventories of office supplies.
3.Assist with the prep and record keeping of monthly invoices. Support in filing submission of the expenses on SAP concur.
4.Support in delivering the employee engagement initiatives and business events on an admin perspective.
5.Vendor Management, staff supervision and support in facilitating trainings for support staffs.
6.Assist with the facility technical services – inspection of the office areas (incl workstations, meeting rooms, cafeteria, interiors, furniture etc.) and identify needs for maintenance, repairs, or renovations.
7.Support reception desk in fulfilling visitor management, mails & shipment related requirements, sample storage requirements, arrangements for business visitors & guests.
8.Support in ensuring facility compliances from a workplace standpoint.
9.Support facilitating business travel requirements such as air tickets, hotel booking, visa assistance.
10.Support local business transportation needs for team members in Gurgaon.
11.Other tasks assigned from time to time.
Skills:
-Basic understanding of workplace experience,
-Fostering collaboration, teamwork and excellence,
-Attention to details,
-Customer obsession,
-Hands-on with MS office tools (such as excel and ppt),
-Analytical and engaging,
-Open to learning and trying new things,
-Fluency in Hindi and English is a must.
-Should be comfortable working in a medium complexity people (internal customer) facing role.
