Position : Senior Manager - Projects
Location - IndiaÂ
Primary Requirements:
Standardization of Operational Processes
- Review existing processes and identify gaps
- Design and implement standardized SOPs
- Train teams and support adoption
- Continuously refine based on feedback
Operational Optimization & PLM Digital Transformation
- Identify digitization opportunities in PLM
- Drive cross‑functional change and adoption
- Lead PLM rollout and post‑go‑live optimization
Agile Project Governance & Capability Building
- Enable project leads on agile practices
- Support planning, OKRs, and milestones
- Coach teams through delivery and sprint reviews
Functional Project Oversight & Coordination
- Lead projects end‑to‑end
- Define and track OKRs with stakeholders
- Manage risks and report progress
End‑to‑End Ownership of Assigned Projects
- Build project plans (budget, timeline, stakeholders)
- Manage governance and communication
- Escalate risks with mitigation plans
Technical Skills Required
- PMP / Agile / Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)
- SME knowledge of end‑to‑end sourcing processes
- Strong understanding of costing, capacity systems, and daily operations
- Sound analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to design and manage complex project content
- Financial acumen with experience in business case development
- Capability to write, analyze, and collaborate on proposals, strategy papers, and updates
