Position: Compliance Officer

Department: Anko Global

Location: Shanghai

Area of Accountability： 

Compliance requirement interpretation and implementation: 

Strong legal and compliance awareness, capable of comprehending and interpreting complex regulatory requirements from different market and different customers. Have a comprehensive understanding of Anko global's business model and clear about Kmart's existing products compliance status, have ability to expand our Kmart's products to wordwide from compliance perspective.Can help our vendors to improve products to meet end customer's requirement.

Planning & Time Management:

Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Have ability to forsee the risk of compliance and alert team in advance. Can control the testing/certifcation timline to meet shipment date. 

Communicating & Influencing:

Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with different departments and external partners.Have ability to manage all 3rd party testing labs or agency to meet our Anko global's requirements.Have ability to instruct different internal functions such as packaging,QC and merchandiser team to understand customers compliance requirement.Can provide guidance to vendors to follow our customer's compliance requirement.
