Primary Purpose of the role:

  • Drive Long-Term Growth and Value - Develop and execute strategic growth plans for A specific Account
  • Lead the day to day commercial relationship and interactions between Anko Global and the Retailer through regular meetings, follow-up and communication.
  • Build Trusted, multi-level relationships with the customer whilst orchestrating cross-functional collaboration

Work Experience:

  • Major US Retail Account Management (10+ years of commercial experience) with 5 plus years of - Proven success managing large-scale accounts in the discount, mass, or grocery retail space, with a preference for Dollar General. Walmart, Aldi
  • Experience with volume-driven, price-sensitive categories (home, cleaning, storage, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through category expansion, promotions, or private label
  • Strong track record working with category management, supply chain, finance, and product development teams to execute end-to-end delivery
  • Familiarity with the retail landscape across USA
  • Existing relationship holder with key stakeholders and senior leaders in US retailers

  • Strong ability to collaborate / steer joint business planning
