Primary Purpose of the role:
- Drive Long-Term Growth and Value - Develop and execute strategic growth plans for A specific Account
- Lead the day to day commercial relationship and interactions between Anko Global and the Retailer through regular meetings, follow-up and communication.
- Build Trusted, multi-level relationships with the customer whilst orchestrating cross-functional collaboration
Work Experience:
- Major US Retail Account Management (10+ years of commercial experience) with 5 plus years of - Proven success managing large-scale accounts in the discount, mass, or grocery retail space, with a preference for Dollar General. Walmart, Aldi
- Experience with volume-driven, price-sensitive categories (home, cleaning, storage, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts through category expansion, promotions, or private label
- Strong track record working with category management, supply chain, finance, and product development teams to execute end-to-end delivery
- Familiarity with the retail landscape across USA
- Existing relationship holder with key stakeholders and senior leaders in US retailers

- Ability to develop and execute account strategies that align with ANKO’s business goals
- Strong ability to collaborate / steer joint business planning
