Primary Purpose of the role

  • Working with a Team of Identity and Access Management experts, operating from Australia and our global offices to position Kmart as a leader in IDAM execution.
  • Leading identity management projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Hands on skills while working with IGA platforms and different IAM/PAM Technologies.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
  • Providing technical leadership in the implementation of identity solutions, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
  • Identifying potential risks in identity projects and implement proactive measures to mitigate them effectively.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into identity management strategies.

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated experience in driving identity management projects with a focus on successful delivery.
  • Strong technical background in identity and access management, authentication protocols, and security best practices.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering collaboration and driving results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies such as multi factor authentication, JSON Web Token (JWT), etc.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions such as Beyond Trust, Saviynt
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc.
  • Assist project and application teams with Active Directory integration patterns using AD and Azure AD, Azure MFA, ADFS & Azure Federation and SSO patterns
  • Proactively identify gaps and develop solutions to routine problems
  • Plan and implement updates to maintain, monitor, and support enterprise IAM tools
  • Well versed and ability to map the identity deliverables with the industry frameworks like NIST and MITRE

 

Work Experience

  • Proven Past experience in the entire gamut of Identity and Access Management along with strong fundamental knowledge of Cyber Security functions
  • Has worked in the field of Identity and Access Management for at least 6 years of experience
