Primary Purpose of the role

• Engineering Practices – Contribute to and evolve engineering practices to be used across software engineering teams to build and maintain a contemporary engineering approach.
• Management and supervisory professionals focusing on tactical, operational activities within a specified area. Levels within the management career stream typically have three or more direct reports. Most of the time is spent overseeing area of responsibility, planning, prioritising and/or directing the responsibilities of employees. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of dire and/or indirect reports.
• Demonstrating behaviours that are aligned with Kmart UGR’s, developing high performing teams, Recognising & rewarding high performance, Managing underperforming team members, Effective recruitment, and selection.
• Encourage and guides others to plan and prioritise.
• Can manage competing demands and multiple priorities without losing sight of the big picture •Anticipate roadblocks and hurdles and puts contingency plans in place.
• Ensures planning incorporates the needs of relevant stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Translation and alignment of business strategies into IT technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
• Ability to solve difficult technical issues                       
• AWS,Kong,Kubernetes,Integration Services,SDLC,API Management           

Work Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Cost Analysis & Optimization    
• 10+ Years of experience in Integration Paltform        
• 10+ Years of experience Collaboration & Communication  
• 10+ Years of Experience in SDLC          
• 7+ Years of Experience in Team Maangement           
• 7+ Years of Experience in  Product/Delivery Management
