Key Focus Areas

  • Requirement Analysis & Documentation:
    Create detailed artefacts such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and prototypes, and ensure clarity for development teams.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Collaborate with business teams, IT, and vendors to gather requirements, run workshops, and align on optimal solutions.

  • Solution Delivery:
    Support delivery of IT solutions by ensuring BA deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet expected outcomes. 

  • Process Improvement:
    Drive process reengineering initiatives (especially in stores, merchandising, and supply chain) to enhance efficiency and business performance. 


Skills & Expertise

  • Experience : 5 to 8 Yrs
  • Strong requirement elicitation and lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience with analysis techniques (AS-IS, TO-BE, GAP, feasibility, cost-benefit)
  • Knowledge of SDLC and enterprise project delivery
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa
