Based in Bangalore, India, we strive to accelerate retail innovation by building competitive capabilities in Technology, Data Sciences and Business Services that enable our brands to deliver delightful experiences to our in-store and online customers

• Responsible for assisting in Strategic and Operational recruitment expertise and the end to end recruitment process for Anko GCC

• Responsible in assisting and executing innovative sourcing strategies and identifying top talent of qualified experienced professionals from job market

• Train new team members and act as mentor to them for their ongoing development in the functions asigned

• Manage Project based recruitment initiatives utilising innovative strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for the business and save cost

• Collaborate with the TA manager for execution of Anko GCC Talent Acquisition Strategy
